PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow waste concrete fine powder to be mixed into a concrete aggregate by 20 to 100 mass%.

SOLUTION: The method for producing the waste concrete fine powder-melted aggregate comprises: a separating stage where waste concrete fine powder is separated from waste concrete; a regulating stage where, regarding the waste concrete fine powder, in a feldspar composition, the regulation of components is performed to the vicinity of the range at which the initial crystal regions of anorthite, pseudowollastonite and quartz are contacted; and a melting stage where the waste concrete fine powder whose components are regulated is melted.
