<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and efficiently manufacture a biosensor having a stable physiologically active substance fixing capacity. <P>SOLUTION: A measuring surface on which a physiologically active substance is fixed and a reference surface on which the physiologically active substance is not fixed lie on a substrate to measure the interaction of the specimen substance with physiologically active substance in the solution supplied to the measuring surface and the reference surface as a change in a refractive index. In the manufacturing method of the biosensor, activation treatment is applied to a part of the surface of the substrate using an organic solvent and an activator, and a first surface activated so as to fix the physiologically active substance and a second surface not subjected to activation treatment are both formed on the substrate. A flow channel member is attached to the substrate to form a flow channel having the first and second surfaces while the physiologically active substance is supplied to the flow channel to bring the first surface and the physiologically active substance to a contact state, so that the measuring surface and the reference surface are formed to the inside of the same flow channel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
