摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element having high resolution which can maintain white balance after long-term drive, and also can reduce a manufacturing time. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent element has a color adjustment layer. The organic electroluminescent element includes a substrate 100. A first electrode 550 is positioned on the substrate 100. A second electrode 400 is positioned on the first electrode 550. The first electrode 550 and/or the second electrode 400 are transparent electrodes. An organic function film 600 having at least a luminescent layer is interposed between the first electrode 550 and the second electrode 400. The color adjustment layer formed by a laser thermal transfer method is positioned on a surface opposite to a surface adjacent to the luminescent layer of the transparent electrode. The color adjustment layers are color filters 710R, 710G, 710B and/or a color conversion layer. In this manner, the luminescent layer is formed over the entire substrate by a single color, and the color adjustment layer is formed by using the laser thermal transfer method.
