PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic relay having a filter part which can maintain stable breathability even under a severe reflow heating condition. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic relay having a resin cover 11 in which a through hole 12 for deflation is formed is provided with a filter part 6 made of quartz wool which has breathability and water resistance in the middle of the through hole.
