PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for bond treatment of a cord for a belt, which prevents the development of frays or the like of the cut surface of a cord by improving the permeability of an RFL liquid into the cord. SOLUTION: The method includes winding a cord 3 on the outer circumference of a permeating tube 1 provided with a plurality of ejecting holes 2 in the outer circumference, while ejecting the RFL liquid from the inside of the permeating tube 1 through the ejecting holes 2 in a state of immersing the cord 3 wound on the permeating tube 1 in the RFL liquid containing resorcin, formalin, and latex to permeate the RFL liquid into the cord 3.
