PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of a transparent component having a highly-attractive gloss as a component expressing a luminous state. SOLUTION: The manufacturing process of the transparent component includes a working process of performing laminating working of a hologram sheet, a molding process of adding irregularity to the sheet subjected to laminating working, and a cutting-out process of cutting-out the molded sheet to a predetermined shape.
