PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite multilayer film having sufficient adhesive strength and excellent moisture-proof property in the composite multilayer film having a polyolefin film at one side of aluminum foil and a polyamide layer at the other side. SOLUTION: The composite multilayer film has a polyolefin based resin film (A) on one side surface of a non-chromium chemical conversion coating treated aluminum layer (B) and a polyamide layer (C) on the other side surface. In the composite multilayer film, the polyolefin based resin film (A) has an acid modified polyolefin resin (α) layer A-1, a crystalline propylene based polymer (β) layer A-3, and a water-absorbing resin composition layer A-2 arranged between them. The peak top melting point at the highest temperature side of the DSC melting curve of the acid modified polyolefin resin (α) is represented by Tm<SB>α</SB>, a crystallinity degree (Xc (Tm<SB>α</SB>)) of the crystalline propylene based polymer (β) at the temperature Tm<SB>α</SB>is 60% or more, and the layer (B) is directly laminated on the layer A-1.
