PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor of a driving motor, in which both securement of mechanical strength between a rotor flange and a rotor boss and electrical insulation are achieved by using a resin mold. SOLUTION: In this rotor, electric insulation between a stator and a rotor is made by providing a gap between the stator and the rotor and a gap between the rotor flange and the rotor boss, and by molding the gaps with a resin. The rotor of a driving motor is formed in such a way that so as to increase mechanical strength between the rotor flange and the rotor boss, a cylindrical portion is formed while using the rotor boss side of the rotor flange as an axial direction, concave and convex portions are provided on the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion and combining the convex and concave portions provided on the outer periphery of the rotor boss are combined, thereby increasing an area in contact with a synthetic resin between the rotor flange and the rotor boss and making a load to be applied to the synthetic resin be a compressed load, and the impact load is received by the metallic-made rotor flange and the rotor boss so that the composite resin portion is free from direct bending or tensile load susceptible to impact.
