PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a substrate size or a space required for interconnection gets large when not taking an arrangement for a memory or the like into consideration, in providing a profile data of the bending of an optical system in an optical scanner, to the optical scanner. SOLUTION: A first substrate is mounted with a first light emitting source and a photodetection means, and a second substrate different from the first substrate is mounted with a second light emitting source and a storage means.
