LIFETIME ESTIMATION METHOD OF NICKEL-BASED ALLOY COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifetime estimation method of a nickel-based alloy component capable of estimating a lifetime highly accurately, relative to the nickel-based alloy component comprising a polycrystalline nickel-based alloy. SOLUTION: This method comprises the first process for measuring a crystal orientation of a plurality of crystal grains GEon a prescribed surface Sa, and the thickness MEof a plurality of deposits EEdeposited along a crystal lattice surface of the crystal grains GE, respectively relative to a plurality of samples subjected to a creep test, and determining LMP; the second process for determining the true thickness (deposit thickness) DEof the deposits EEbased on the crystal orientation of the crystal grains GEand on the thickness MEof the deposits EE; the third process for determining an approximate expression between the LMP of the plurality of samples and the deposit thickness DE; the fourth process for determining a using temperature by substituting the deposit thickness and a using time of the nickel-based alloy component for simultaneous equations between the approximate expression and a definition equation of the LMP; and the fifth process for determining a rupture time by applying the determined using temperature to a creep master curve acquired beforehand.
