PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a precision controlling reagent together containing two kinds of antigens, that is, a hepatitis B virus s antigen (HBsAg) and a hepatitis B virus e antigen (HBeAg). SOLUTION: The precision controlling reagent for detecting a hepatitis B virus (HBV) contains both of HBsAg and HBeAg obtained by processing hepatitis B virus c antigen (HBcAg) with protease.
