PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a performance for closing a valve seat with a valve body in a valve structure. SOLUTION: In this valve mechanism 10, an affinity membrane 20 formed on a surface of a valve seat 16 has affinity with liquid. The affinity membrane 20 absorbs liquid, so as to form a liquid membrane on the surface of the affinity membrane 20. Therefore, when a valve body 24 closes a valve hole 18 of the valve seat 16, a micro clearance in a contact face of the valve body 24 and the valve seat 16 can be closed by the liquid membrane, so as to improve a performance for closing the valve seat 16 (the valve hole 18) by the valve body 24.
