PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously separate mutual liquids and the liquid and gas from a plug flow by quick follow-up performance with a miniaturizable simple constitution. SOLUTION: This micro-separator 1 is characterized by having an inlet circuit 2d extending in the radial direction to the predetermined axis C and having one end part opened inward in the radial direction in a predetermined plunger chamber, two outlet circuits 3c, 4c, 5b and 5c respectively extending onto the axis, bending mutually approached one end parts in the same radial direction as the inlet circuit to the axis and opened outward in the radial direction in the plunger chamber in a position for sandwiching the inlet circuit in-between in the axial direction, a plunger 6 movably stored in the axial direction in the plunger chamber, having a magnetic substance and selectively connecting one end part of the inlet circuit to one end part of the two outlet circuits by the movement in the axial direction, and electromagnetic driving means 7 and 8 for reciprocatably moving the plunger in the axial direction in response to a kind of fluid supplied to the inlet circuit.
