A method, system and device for transformation of conversation control signaling, the method includes at least one of following steps: first adapter unit transforms conversation control signaling message of circuit domain conversation leg to conversation control signaling message of IMS conversation leg, or the first adapter unit transforms conversation control signaling message of IMS conversation leg to conversation control signaling message of circuit domain conversation leg. In the example of the present invention, the adapter unit intercepts the signaling message of the circuit domain after MSC-span switched, and accomplishes interconversion with the signaling message of the IMS domain from each other, consequently that the IMS domain can control the conversation sequentially after the MSC-span switch is achieved.
