The bag has tubular hollow straps (1) filled with carbon dioxide, where the straps are used as a rescue appliance, such that the straps enclose a human body from an upper rear head region till a lower rear buttock region over a chest region. The straps are provided as a life jacket for protecting the human body against external influences, and an inflatable ring (6) has a center bar (8) for fastening the straps and a reinforced protective base (7) to protect a rear region of the human body in case of emergency.
