This invention provides a gas hydrate production apparatus which can eliminate the need to provide an agitator in a production device and, at the same time, can render the percentage gas hydration of the product constant. A shell-and-tube-type production device (2) is provided on the downstream side of an ejector-type mixer (1) for stirring and mixing a raw material gas (g) and a raw material water (w) together. Further, partition walls (41 to 43) for returning a gas hydrate slurry into end plates (37, 38) located respectively on front and rear sides of the production device (2). A dehydrator (3) provided with a cone-shaped filter (48) is provided on the downstream side of the production device (2), and a drainage pipe (11) is provided on the dehydrator (3). A flow regulating valve (12) is provided on the drainage pipe (11).
