MANAGEMENT SERVER AND COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR ELECTRONIC CONFERENCE SYSTEM

A management server for an electronic conference system which concentrates a discussion by narrowing subjects for the discussion, which can be operated while priority orders of issues are strict, and which can be operated preventing useful opinions and proposals in the conference from being buried. Remark information inputted by an input means of a terminal device (20) is received and reserved temporally in the management server (10). When a reservation release signal from a terminal device (30) is received, the received remark information is transmitted to all the terminal devices (20) participating in the electronic conference. A voting function extracts the issues on the basis of the remark information and decides the subjects for the discussion in the conference out of the issues by voting. After the conference about the subjects is finished, a commitment is generated by use of a commitment generation function. Furthermore, each participant is capable of confirming whether a set goal of the participant is attained by the conference.
