PHOTO GATING SWITCH SYSTEM

摘要

A photo gating switch system is provided to constitute an optic detection device and a light source separately, so integrating the light source. A metal insulator metal transition device(7) is formed as an optical detecting device on an optical transmission substrate(1). An photo gating switch system is installed on a substrate in which the metal insulator metal transition device is formed while integrating the light source(15). A metal insulator metal transition layer(3) as a photo detection layer is formed the substrate through which a light is permeated. An electrode is formed at both sides of the metal insulator metal transition layer.
