<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating implement being suitable for the information flow-out prevention for making printed characters such as an address, a name, and a card number being printed on printed matter such as a direct mail, and the specification of a credit card unreadable. <P>SOLUTION: This coating implement A loads an oily ink which contains at least a black coloring agent, and one kind or more of solvents having a phenyl group, and is equipped with an erasing implement on a pen body. As the erasing implement, preferably, one which is molded of a material by which the hardness becomes 70 to 100 is used. Since personal information being printed on the direct mail or the specification of the credit card and so forth can be concealed and made unreadable regardless of the printing method, the information can be prevented from flowing out. In addition, since the treatment is performed by coating the printed section, a large space is not required, and an information flow-out preventing remedy by a simple method can be provided at a low cost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
