<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation body device capable of regulating inexpensively and precisely a mass of an oscillation body by simple constitution, when regulating a resonance frequency, a manufacturing method therefor, and a light deflector and an image forming device using the oscillation body. <P>SOLUTION: This oscillation body device includes an oscillation plate supported onto a fixing portion oscillatably around a torsion axis by a support part, and is constituted to drive the oscillation plate around the torsion axis by a resonance frequency, the oscillation plate has a region of forming a groove part for regulating the mass of the oscillation plate, and the resonance frequency of the oscillation body is regulatable by forming the groove part in the region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
