<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify other terminals of program information without obstructing the viewing operation of television broadcast. <P>SOLUTION: Information related to other users to be notification destinations of the program information related to the television broadcast are registered beforehand in a TV program information notification destination storage part 241.
