<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generator and a related controller for electric motor which keep direct-current power consumption of the electric motor (direct-current power generation quantity of the power generator) small and constant, absorbs fluctuations and temperature changes of individual units in the electric motor and the power generator to make them operate efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: When the electric motor regenerates a negative torque generating state, by normal rotation or a positive torque generating state through reverse rotation, an armature current of the electric motor is controlled so as to set direct-current voltage to be the input of an inverter follow a desired direct-current voltage objective and a power generation quantity of the power generator is controlled so as to make the alternating-current power calculated by an operation follow a desired alternating-current power objective, while keeping the generated torque of the electric motor to be a prescribed value. The alternating-current power calculated by the operation is calculated by the computation from the value of dq-axis voltage current calculated in a process of operate a signal for controlling the armature current or each phase voltage current of the alternating current, based on an armature current objective calculated, by inputting the difference between the direct-current voltage objective and the direct-current voltage into a control means including an integration function and a given torque command. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
