PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in an electronic clock including a solar cell wherein the solar cell is attached in the condition curved along a looking-back part of a dial surface that a photovoltaic power of the solar cell cannot be obtained because of generation of cracks and broken wires in a lower electrode and an upper electrode of the solar cell resulting from curving distortion.
SOLUTION: The solar cell is constituted in the structure including a first connecting wire formed of a material having the Young's constant smaller than that of the lower electrode that is exposed from a protection film along the one longer side of a belt type resin substrate and is connected to the lower electrode and a second connecting wire formed of a material having the Young's constant smaller than that of the upper electrode that is exposed from the protection film along the other longer side of the belt type resin substrate. Moreover, in this constitution, the photovoltaic power generated in the photoelectric converting layer is concentrated to one end of the belt type resin substrate through the first and second connecting wires and guided to the external side from the first and second extracting electrodes.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
