PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor that can prevent the execution of an obfuscation program by an unauthorized user holding no secret information relating to a program to be protected, such as a password, relieves the restriction of the size of a program to be obfuscated, and can perform obfuscation processing for executing the obfuscation program even if no special devices can be used. SOLUTION: An information reception means of the information processor receives information relating to a program. A calculation means uses information relevant to a program received by the information reception means, or one portion of the information to calculate a one-way function or a pseudo one-way function. An encryption means performs encryption processing to a program code, a code subjected to conversion, or one portion of the code by a result calculated by the calculation means or one portion of the result.
