PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scratchable commercial printed matter which keeps information to be concealed unvisualizable until a printed concealed information part is scratched, dispenses with a concealing layer for covering the printed concealed information part, and enables the concealed information to be manifested for the first time by scratching the printed concealed information part, in the scratchable commercial printed matter which can be printed in large quantities. SOLUTION: This scratchable commercial printed matter has a color developing agent layer formed on a sheet-like base material and also, the printed concealed information part with printed information to be concealed etc. formed on at least, a part of the sheet-like base material. In addition, the printed concealed information part has a desensitizer layer formed on the color developer layer, and the concealed information can be manifested by scratching the printed concealed information part.
