PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry mortar material which does not cause dust and has no environmental problems as well, and in which time and labor for kneading are saved, and whose simplicity on execution is high, and to provide a method for repairing a concrete structure using the dry mortal. SOLUTION: The dry mortar material comprises: hydraulic composition powder; metallic aluminum powder; and a water-soluble thermoplastic resin. In the dry mortar, the powders are stuck by the thermoplastic resin each other, and it is preferable that the dry mortar particularly has a granular shape or a pellet shape. The dry mortar material is packed into the repairing part of a concrete structure till its surface reaches the one almost the same as that of the concrete structure, then, water is added thereto so as to foam the dry mortar material, and, after its half-curing, the surface of the repairing part is leveled, thus the concrete structure can be repaired.
