PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device which determines whether or not conversion processing into vector data is performed according to a characteristic of an object. SOLUTION: The present invention includes a step of separating an object from image data, a step of determining whether or not the image data of the concerned object is converted into vector data according to a characteristic of the separated object, a step of performing vectorization processing to the object to which the execution of the conversion into the vector data is determined, and a step of performing image processing for printing to the image data of the object to the object to which the non-execution of the conversion into the vector data is determined.
