PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal module which requires no cut-and-raised pieces for positioning to make the aperture of a rear frame small to consequently reduce light leakage and makes it possible to position and mount a printed wiring board more accurately than in the case that the positioning is made with the cut-and-raised pieces. SOLUTION: In the liquid crystal module, a plurality of supporting convex parts 1a are formed on a rear frame 1, and a printed wiring board 2 is supported and fixed by these supporting convex parts. In this case, small projections 1g for positioning the printed wiring board are formed on the supporting convex parts 1a. Since the cut-and-raised pieces are not required, the aperture of the rear frame 1 becomes small to reduce light leakage. The small projections 1g are large in strength and difficult to be greatly deformed, and consequently the accurate positioning of the printed wiring board 2 is possible. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
