PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle rear fender assembly, which can be easily mended or exchanged even if it is damaged and for which mold expenditure can be reduced, and further, whose commodity value can be heightened by imparting an outer appearance different from that of a conventional one. SOLUTION: The rear fender assembly 26 is equipped with a rear fender 27 to be mounted on the body of a vehicle upward of the rear wheel 14, comprising a rear fender front 47 that forms the front part of the rear fender 27, a rear fender center 28 that forms the middle part, and a rear fender rear 29 that forms the rear part.
