PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a run-flat durability of a pneumatic run-flat tire 1, while maintaining a low fuel consumption and a ride feeling of a vehicle. SOLUTION: In the pneumatic run-flat tire 1, attachment sides are specified to the vehicle (an attachment inner side to the vehicle "In" and an attachment outer side to the vehicle "Out"). A belt layer 19 having two or more layers is divided into a thick gauge area Fa where a rubber gauge between the belt layers 19 is thick and a thin rubber gauge area Fb where the rubber gauge between the belt layers 19 is thin. The thick gauge area Fa is set in a range from a belt end portion of the belt layer 19 having two or more layers at the attachment inner side to the vehicle "In" to a position beyond at least an innermost circumferential primary groove 17 toward the attachment outer side to the vehicle "Out".
