PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent damage of switches and front turn signal, etc. when a two-wheeler is overturned, and to enhance operability of the switches. SOLUTION: This handle device 16 of the two-wheeler 1 is provided at an upper end of a head pipe 3 on a front side of a vehicle body frame 2 so that front wheels 7 may be steered. The handle device 16 is provided with handle arm portions 31a and 31b formed to be extended to each of right and left outside from the inside of a vehicle body, and grip portions 32a and 32b formed to be extended to the inside from outside end portions of the handle arm portions 31a and 31b and to be located on upper sides of the handle arm portions 31a and 31b.
