PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide woody board in which a paint film reproducing superior woody feeling is formed and an excellent physical properties of the paint film is obtained. SOLUTION: On the surface of a woody base material 1, there is formed a thin protective layer 3 of polymer resin.
