PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting die device where the falling of a sleeve can be prevented, and further, the spacing between the inner circumferential face of the sleeve and the outer circumferential face of a bore pin can be fixedly retained. SOLUTION: The outer circumferential part in the vicinity of the tip and the outer circumferential part near the basal part based on the axial direction of a bore pin 3 are provided with ball plungers 5, 6 at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, respectively. In the three ball plungers 5 provided at the outer circumferential part in the vicinity of the tip and the three ball plungers 6 provided at the outer circumferential part near the basal part, phases are shifted by 60°when viewed from the axial direction.
