PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable hydraulic clamp unit suitably applicable to a machine tool for machining a various kinds of workpieces different in size. SOLUTION: A first ring 20 is rotatably fitted to a base 10 as a work tool to be used for a down and carry system, a second ring 30 is rotatably fitted to the first ring 20 in an eccentric manner, and a shaft 40 is rotatably fitted to the second ring 30 in an eccentric manner. A hydraulic cylinder 60 is mounted in a block 50 fixed to the shaft 40, and a lever 64 is provided for rocking in linkage with the hydraulic cylinder 60 to clamp/unclamp a workpiece W. With double turn of the first ring 20 and the second ring 30, the positions of the hydraulic cylinder 60 and the lever 64 are flexibly adjusted depending on the size of the workpiece W.
