PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact electrically lifting/lowering seat preventing the easy adhesion of dust to a lifting/lowering means, facilitating the cleaning, facilitating the setting of seating height of a seat face where a user sits on, hardly applying load to a specific lifting/lowering means, and improving the durability of the lifting/lowering means. SOLUTION: This electrically lifting/lowering seat is provided with the lifting/lowering means, wherein the lifting/lowering means consists of a first lifting/lowering mechanism 11 for vertically moving a first lifting/lowering body 2, and a second lifting/lowering means 10 for vertically moving the lifting/lowering body 2 and the first lifting/lowering means 11.
