An optical sheet and a backlight assembly are provided to improve an anti-scratch property of an optical sheet without a moire effect and degradation of a luminance property. An optical sheet includes a body part(31) and a plurality of protrusion parts(32). A plurality of protrusion parts is protruded on the body part with a fixed thickness. A plane part(33) and a line part(34) are formed on a top of the protrusion parts. A cross section of at least a part among a plurality of protrusion parts has a triangle shape or a trapezoid shape. The plane part is higher than a height of the line part. The protrusion parts are a plurality of furrow pattern arrays. A plurality of furrow pattern arrays is separated with a fixed interval.
