<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible for a user to re-view a digital broadcast program which is interrupted during viewing at least from an interrupted position. <P>SOLUTION: When is assumed that a broadcast program selected based on user specifications is received by a receiving processing unit 31, a non-viewable state detection processing unit 32 monitors the occurrence of a non-viewable state from an acquisition state of receiving data. When a non-viewable state occurs due to a certain factor, the information of the non-viewable state is stored in a non-viewable state accumulation unit 33. When the factor of viewing interruption is solved and a user makes a request for service provision, the processing unit is connected to a distribution apparatus 1 to report the contents of the non-viewable state, receives the distribution of a relevant content and performs receiving processing.
