<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food packaging container for microwave heating, which ensures good cooking properties and quality without causing uneven thawing or scorching even when frozen food is heated by an microwave oven etc. <P>SOLUTION: The food packaging container for microwave heating has conductive polymers laminated on an internal layer or an external layer, and contains the frozen hood therein.
