<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive endless belt excellent in surface property in addition to high elasticity, high durability and flame retardancy. <P>SOLUTION: The electroconductive endless belt for use as an intermediate transfer member that is disposed between an image-forming unit and a recording medium, is circularly driven by a drive unit, and temporarily holds a toner image transferred from the image-forming unit and subsequently transfers the toner image onto the recording medium. The electroconductive endless belt has a multilayer structure including at least a surface layer disposed on a base layer, and the base layer is mainly composed of a polyester resin and/or a polyester elastomer and contains a conductive agent, a brominated epoxy resin, and an antimony compound, the polyester elastomer having a melting point of at least 210°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
