PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage application current measurement circuit with variation in an output voltage VDUT independent of a forward voltage of a diode. SOLUTION: This circuit with a prescribed output voltage VDUT applied on a load DUT is equipped with a set voltage output part DAC1 outputting a set voltage, an output voltage control part 11 for controlling the magnitude of the output voltage VDUT based on a voltage difference between the set voltage and the output voltage VDUT which is fed back, an output voltage feed line 12 for connecting an output terminal of the control part 11 and the load DUT, a current detection resistance R3 disposed on the feed line 12, an allowable current range exceeding determination part 13 for determining whether or not a potential difference between both ends of the resistance R3 exceeds an allowable voltage range corresponding to an allowable current range of a current flowing from the control part 11 to the load DUT, and a charge supply part 14 for supplying electric charge to the feed line 12 when it is determined by the determination part 13 that the potential difference between the both ends of the resistance R3 exceeds the voltage range.
