PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic sensor device capable of preventing come-off of a retainer, even when the retainer is inserted from the ground side. SOLUTION: Two arm parts 22 of the retainer 20 wherein the width between the two arm parts 22 is different between a position where a projection part 31 of an ultrasonic sensor 30 thrusts into the interval between the two arm parts 22 and tip parts of the two arm parts 22, are held on a sliding surface of two slits 13 of a bezel 10 in the state where a part having a wider width between the two arm parts 22 than an outer diameter X of the projection part 31 overlaps a shell part 12 of the bezel 10. Since the width (a) between the two arm parts 22 at the position where the projection part 31 thrusts into the interval between the two arm parts 22 is wider than the outer diameter X of the projection part 31 and the width b between the tip parts of the two arm parts 22 is narrower than the outer diameter X of the projection part 31, when a force toward the ground surface direction works on the retainer 20, the tip part of the retainer 20 is brought into contact with the projection part 31, to thereby prevent come-off of the retainer 20.
