PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment dispersant for colored resin particles excellent in pigment dispersion, imparting a coating film with a clear color tone and excellent in storage stability. SOLUTION: The invention relates to a pigment dispersant for resin particles (s) characterized by comprising at least one resin selected from a group consisting of a polyurethane resin (y), a polyurea resin (z) and a polyurethane/urea resin (f) having at least one side chain (e) selected from a group consisting of an amino group and/or an imino group, mono- or divalent aromatic hydrocarbon group, a polyether chain (e1) and a polyester chain (e2).
