PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle attitude control device capable of controlling behavior of an attitude change when a vehicle turns, by taking into consideration the attitude change caused by a vehicle height adjustment. SOLUTION: A suspension ECU21 inputs a stroke quantity hfl, hfr, hrf and hrr of respective shock absorbers in a step S12, and determines as a reference stroke quantity [0] in a step S13. When a vehicle height is adjusted in a step S14, a reference pitch angleθb corresponding to a reference stroke quantity is determined in a step S15, and a difference angle between the same pitch angleθb and an actual pitch angleθis determined as an offset quantity J. The ECU 21 determines a target pitch angleθah by correcting the target pitch angleθa for controlling behavior of a roll by using the offset quantity J by execution of a roll control routine in a step S16.
