PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain an inclination and a wrench of a pinion shaft. SOLUTION: The pinion shaft 23 is journaled by three points of bearings 25, 26 and 27, and mutual fitting of the bearing 27 journaling a pinion side end part and the pinion shaft 23 is set to "clearance fit", and an O ring 53 is interposed between both. Its clearance is enlarged more than a stacking quantity of a part tolerance, and is set in a dimension capable of absorbing a maximum allowable error in concentricity in the respective bearings 25, 26 and 27. An outer diameter of the O ring 53 is also set in a dimension capable of blocking up its clearance and capable of preventing sliding between the bearing 27 and the pinion shaft 23.
