PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter capable of smoothly transferring a sheet member to be cut and a sealing sheet from the top of a cutting table to a carrying-out side without causing stagnation due to suction of the sealing sheet even during conveyance while sucking the sheet member to be cut. SOLUTION: The inclined part of a guide plate 26 is formed by bending the end of an air table 23 on the carrying-out side, and the tip end of the guide plate 26 is formed into a comb shape as a guide claw 26a. The base end of a shielding plate 27 is welded onto the rear surface of the air table 23 on the carrying-out side. By welding, the shielding plate 27 can be fixed without forming an uneven portion on the surface of the air table 23 on the carrying-out side. Since the shielding plate 27 exists, a suction air flow is weakened and becomes a turbulent flow, suction force to the sealing sheet 29 is weakened in the vicinity of the guide claw 26a, and the sealing sheet is prevented from being sucked.
