PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a bearing at an attachment place so as not to fall off from the attachment place even when a putout body is detached from the bearing. SOLUTION: When the bearing 10 is attached, an engaging projection 24 is turned to the side of the inner side face of a vertical wall 6, and a bearing hole part 11 is inserted from the inner side of a housing part 3 to an attaching hole 9 as indicated by an arrow X2. Thus, a flange 12 faces the inner side face positioned on the side of the housing part 3 on the vertical wall 6 around the attaching hole 9, the engaging projection 24 is projected from the attaching hole 9 to the outer side of the housing part 3, is arranged in an escape hole 22 and faces a level difference surface 23 as the outer side face of the vertical wall 6 around the attaching hole 9, and the bearing 10 is held by the vertical wall 6 so as not to fall off from the vertical wall 6 as the attachment place.
