#CMT# #/CMT# The pump (1) has a housing (2), in which a transport wheel driven around a rotation axis (3) is arranged, where the transport wheel sucks liquid in direction of the rotation axis in a low-pressure side and transports the liquid radially outward in a high-pressure side. A radially inward projecting flow guide rib (5) aligned towards the rotation axis is provided in the housing and/or a section of a suction pipe (2') that is adjoined to the transport wheel.
