#CMT# #/CMT# The sensor (1) has a sensor unit including a surface wave sensor (2), and a direct voltage source (6) connected to the surface wave sensor. A sensor surface (11) of the surface wave sensor is supplied with particles on an electrostatic path using the direct voltage source. The surface wave sensor comprises two electrodes (4, 5) provided on an electrostrictive substrate (3), where the direct voltage source is connected between the electrodes.
