#CMT# #/CMT# The tool (1) has two pressing units (4) with pressing surfaces (5), where a pressing device comprises an inlet opening (6) in an opened condition. The opening provides access to die stocks, and pressing elements are pivotable relative to a plane. A coupling device (10) is formed at the pressing device. The pressing surfaces of the two pressing units lie partially between the die stocks, and the die stocks are connected with the pressing units in a detachable manner in a middle area of pressing surfaces of the pressing elements. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Pressing tool for pressing a casing part and a workpiece i.e. fitting with pipe-ends. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The pressing surfaces of the two pressing units lie partially between the die stocks, and the die stocks are connected with the pressing units in a detachable manner in the middle area of the pressing surfaces of the pressing elements such that the pressing force is transferred directly to the pressing surface, thus avoiding the need for a lever and joints.
