A polishing apparatus of a fuel door filler is provided to improve productivity and workability by semi-automatically performing the polishing of the coating defect part of the fuel door filler. A polishing apparatus of a fuel door filler comprises: a frame(1); a transfer part(9) installed on the frame; a position detecting part(10) detecting the location of the coating defect part; and a polishing part(30) polishing the coating defect part of the fuel door filler. The transfer part comprises: a conveyor transfer part moving vertically; an upper roller transfer part which regularly is apart from a conveyor transfer part; and a lower roller transfer part positioned in the lower part of the upper roller transfer part.
